Tony Pham

Tony has established EMPREX as a prominent player in the industry through a series of successful industrial warehouse projects in both Queensland and New South Wales. His career began as an Estimator, during which he gained valuable experience working on complex projects like the Greenland Tower (Probuild) and St Leonards Square (Mirvac).

In 2018, Tony joined Ganellen, where he shared his expertise across a diverse portfolio, spanning residential, commercial, and educational projects. Then, in 2020, he made a strategic career move by joining Elcorp, a privately-owned development company based in Sydney. Here, he successfully oversaw the delivery of multiple industrial warehouses, ranging in size from 2,000 to 3,000 square meters in the Wacol and Ipswich regions of Queensland, as well as a substantial 4,500 square meter warehouse in Penrith, New South Wales.

Tony's role extended beyond project management; he played a key role in overseeing development approval processes and contributed to the design ownership. His responsibilities included leading construction teams and ensuring seamless coordination among authorities, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Tony holds a Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) from the University of Technology Sydney and a Diploma of Building Studies from TAFE.
